Terms and Conditions
Please read these Conditions carefully as they govern the provision of a digital advertising package by us to you. We may modify these Conditions from time to time and you should therefore ensure that you review these Conditions regularly.
Listing Conditions
When listing an item, you agree to comply with the rules for listing and selling practices policy as listed below. We may at any time remove any or all the materials from the advert which in our opinion are unlawful or are in breach of these Conditions.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and content and legality of the aircraft that you are listing.
• Any content that violates any of Plane Listing policies may be modified or deleted at any time.
• You are solely responsible for uploading any photographs and videos which form part of your advert unless agreed otherwise by us. We shall have no responsibility for the quality of any photographs and/or videos you upload or provide to us.
• All images uploaded by advertisers are deemed the responsibility of the advertiser in relation to copyright issues. Advertisers should only use images for which they are either the owners or for which they have written permission or contract to use for advertising purposes.
• Not contain any strong profanity or inappropriate content or be obscene, offensive, threatening, inflammatory, abusive, hateful, racist, anti-religious or sexually graphic.

Purchase Conditions
• You are responsible for reading the full item listing before contacting the seller.
• If you purchase an item on a Plane Listing site other than Plane Listing.com you are subject to the User Agreement of that other classified site solely with respect to that purchase.
OUR RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
• We shall provide the advertising service with reasonable care and skill in a professional and timely manner. However, you acknowledge and accept that it is technically impossible to guarantee that Plane Listing will be continuously available online or to guarantee the corruption free or error free transfer of an advert to Plane Listing.
• From time to time, we will need to carry out maintenance on our equipment and systems, and we shall use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that, in so doing, minimum disruption to any adverts is caused.
• We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial of service attack, viruses, malicious or impairing computer programs or other technologically harmful material that may affect Plane Listing, your advert and/ or may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of Plane Listing or your downloading of any material posted on it or on any website linked to it.
• Plane Listing cannot be held liable for any loss arising from reliance on anything set out in this site, even errors or omissions. Furthermore, any transactions undertaken on or through Plane Listing shall be at the sole risk of seller and purchaser.
