compliance with our guidelines and maintains the quality of listings on our platform. - User Responsibilities You are responsible for ensuring that your listings comply with all
applicable laws and regulations. Your ads must provide accurate information about the
aircraft being sold. Any misleading or inaccurate information may lead to the removal of the
ad and potential account termination. - Refund Policy You may cancel your listing within 24 Hours of the listing date to receive a
100% refund. Cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund. - Account Termination PlaneListing reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate
these Terms and Conditions. No refunds will be issued for accounts terminated due to
breaches of these terms. - Intellectual Property All content, trademarks, and data on this website, including but not
limited to software, databases, text, graphics, icons, and hyperlinks, are the property of or
licensed to PlaneListing and are protected by law. - Limitation of Liability PlaneListing will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or
incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or
in connection with the use of this service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out
of or in connection with these terms or the use of our services will not exceed 125% of the
fees paid by you to PlaneListing in the 12 months preceding the claim. - Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold PlaneListing harmless from any claims,
costs, proceedings, demands, losses, damages, expenses, or liabilities arising out of or in

right to use, reproduce, and modify the content and images for promotional purposes. You
warrant that you have the rights to all content submitted and that it does not infringe on any
third-party rights. - Third-Party Links PlaneListing may include links to third-party websites. We are not
responsible for the content or accuracy of these sites, and the inclusion of such links does not
imply endorsement by PlaneListing. - Data Protection and Privacy PlaneListing is committed to protecting your privacy and
